Congenital absance of ulna and humero;radial synostosis

Abstract A case with ulnar aplasia, hand anomaly and elbow ankylosis has been reviewed as it is rarely seen. When the literature was revieved it was seen that there was no early reconstructive surgical intervention which would espacially satisfy a panicstricken family. There were no methods except early derotational osteotomy which would ensure the development of muscles.
ÖzetUlna aplazisi, el anomalisi ve dirsek ankilozu olan bir vaka çok nadir görül;düğü için incelendi. Bu hususta literatürler gözden geçirildiğinde, özellikle, panik halinde olan ailenin isteklerini karşılayacak erken rekonstrüktif bir cerrahi tedavi yönteminin bulunmadığı görüldü. Daha çok erişkin çağa yönelen cerrahi tedavi yöntemleri ve adalet gelişmesini sağlamak için yapılacak erken derotasyonel osteotomi yöntemlerinin dışında bir uygulamanın bulunmadığı dikkati çekti.
