In the present study, a review of the methods of external fixation is made and the advantages of double-frele fixators are emphasized. The principles of treatment by employing the method the method of external fixation are discussed in various types of the shaft of the tibia fractures and in its pseudo-arthrosis.

Bu çalışmada kırıkların tedavisinde dış fiksasyon metodları gözden geçirildikten sonra çift çerçeveli dış fiksatörlerin üstünlükleri belirtilmiştir. Değişik tipteki tibia diafiz kırıklarında ve psödartrozlarda eksternal fiksasyon metodu ile tedavinin esasları ortaya konmuştur.
