Abstract
Femur of rabbits was fractured; periosteum, endosteum and medulla destroyed. Then the free periosteal graft was transplanted from tibia. Thus by signifying the effect of transplanted free periost graft, its role on healing was investigated. It was found that the fracture healing was advanced in the experimental group than in the control one. This indicates that transplanted free periost graft continues its activity even in a case of removing important factors in fracture healing.
Özet
Tavşan femurunda oluşturulan kırıkta periost, medulla ve endosteum tahrip edilerek tibiadan serbest periost grefti transplante edildi. Böylece transplante serbest periost greftinin etkisi ön plana çıkarılarak iyileşmedeki etkisi araştırıldı. Kırık iyileşmesi deney grubunda ilerlemiş bulundu, kontrolde ise çok az gelişme vardı. Bu da kırık iyileşmesinde önemli faktörlerin yok edildiği bir durumda bile transplante serbest periost greftinin osteojenik aktivitesini sürdürmekte olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
