Abstract
A review of the biomechanics and clinical management indicates that strong fixation devices, (Zickel nail, Jewett nail, intramedullary rods and Müller trochanteric nail) with or without additional fixation and grefting, are generally necessary for reliable internal fixation.
Özet
Subtrokanterik kırıklar ortopedinin son derece güç bir problemidir. Biomekanik ve klinik çalışmalar gözden geçirilirse rijit fiksasyon araçlarının (Zickel, Jewett, Küntscher, Müller in trokanterik çivileri gibi) grefli veya grefsiz kullanılması gerekliliği ortaya çıkar.
