SKELETAL DISORDERS IN THALASSEMIA MAJOR HEMOGLOBINOPATIE AND THElR TREATMENT

lt is known that so me skeletal anomalies are seen in Thalassemia Mojor Hemoglobinopaties. In our clinic, we' treated two patients who have had Thalassemia Mojor Hemoglobinopatis. One of the m had tibial deformity due to early closure of upper tibial epishysis, other one had pathological fracture of the femur. In this paper we discussed this disease and its skeletal affections under the knowledge of literature.
