Abstract
In acetabular fractures which may have totally differing three dimensional appearances selecting the incision directly influences the quality, directly influences the quality of the surgical reduction and, therefore, the postoperative clinical outcome of the patierit. Becauseof this, it is a subject that has to be meticulously done. According to the fracture types, we used 6 distinct incisions on the 35 acetabular fractures which were operated in our clinic between 1988 and 1992. We presented a general evaluation of the effects of the incisions, that were used according to the fracture types, to the reduction by means of our experience and the Iiterature knowledge.
Özet
Üç boyutlu tasarımda çok değişik konfigürasyonların söz konusu olduğu asetabulum kırıklarının cerrahi tedavisinde kullanılacak insizyonların, seçimi, cerrahi redüksiyon kalitesini ve dolayısıyla hastanın postoperatif kliniğini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle önemle üzerinde durulması gereken bir konudur. Kliniğimizde, 1988-1992 yılları arasında ameliyat ettiğimiz 35 deplase asetabulum kırığında kırık tiplerine göre 6 değişik insizyon kullandık. Kırık tiplerine göre kullandığımız insizyonların redüksiyona etkilerinin, tecrübelerimiz ve Iiteratür bilgisi ışığı altında genel bir değerlendirmesini sunduk.
