Abstract
In this study, we presented the results of 32 patients who underwent the modified Bristow procedure for anterior recurrent dislocation of the shoulder between 1988 and 1995 in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology . The average follow-up period was 15 months. We obtained excellent results in 26 (81.25 %) patients, good results in 3 (9.37%) patients, fair results in 2 (6.25%) patients and poor result in 1 (3.13%) patient. There was no redislocation or subluxation in any of the patients.
Özet
1988-1995 yılları arasında ortopedi ve travmatoloji servisinde 32 hastanın 32 omuzuna cerrahi girişim uygulandı. Hastaların tamamında travmatik tekrarlayan omuz çıkığı mevcut idi. Bu çalışmada hastaların tümüne Modifiye Bristow ameliyatı uygulanmış ve sonuçları sunulmuştur. Ortalama rakip süremiz 15 aydır. 26 (%81.25) hastada çok iyi, 3 (%9.37) hastada iyi, 2 (%6.25) hastada orta ve l (%3.13) hastada ise kötü sonuç elde ettik. Hiçbir hastamızda redislokasyon veya subluksasyon olmamıştır.
