Abstract

A fasciocutaneous flap with distal pedicle can be elevated from volar surface of the forearm because of anatomic chacteristics of radial artery and its venae comitantes. Nerve, tendon and bone which can be included in flap when needed in reconstruction of skin ioss defects in the hand, was applied in three cases and we got good results.
