A primary liposarcoma of the bone was disclosed in the proximal part of the humerus of 34 years old male. The rare frequently of the tumor forced us to review the literature which contained 13 similar cases, apart from the present case.

34 yaşında erkek hastada, humerus üst bölümünde yerleşim gösteren primer kemik liposarkomu saptandı. Seyrek olarak görülen bu lezyon nedeniyle ilgili literatür tarandı. Bizim olgumuzla birlikte 14 vaka saptandı.
