Abstract

Osteopetrosis is a rare bone dysplasia which is related to the functional deficiency of the osteoclasts In this article, taking one case as a basis disease is reviewed in the light of existing knowledge.

Osteopetrozis, osteoklastlardaki fonksiyonel defekte bağlı nadir bir kemik displazisidir. Yazımızda, bir olgu nedeniyle bu herediter hastalığı kaynak bilgiler ışığında gözden geçirdik.
