In this study, 5 cases of neglected injuries of the tendon achilles were persented. One of them had been diagnosed two weeks after the injury and the others were diagnosed two months after and later. In the treatment secondary tendon repair was applied in one patient and the tendon flap and fascia lata graft. The literature on this subject was reviewed and the results of the treatment were discussed.

Bu çalışmada, biri iki hafta sonra diğerleri iki ay ve daha geç teşhis edilmiş beş aşil tendonu yaralanması takdim edildi. Tedavide bir olguda sekonder tendon tamiri uygulandı. Diğer dört olgu tendon flepi ve fasia lata grefti ile cerrahi olarak tedavi edildi. Bu konu ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi. Tedavi sonuçları tartışıldı.
