Abstract
Intraosseous lipoma, is one of the rarest benign tumours of the bone. In this report we reviewed the literature and discussed the subject due to two cases of intraosseous lipoma in the proximal end of the fibula and the calcaneus, which were concidentally seen.

Intraossöz lipom kemiğin çok nadir görülen selim tümörlerinden biridir. Kalkaneus ve fibula proksimalinde rastlantı sonucu tespit ettigimiz iki vaka nedeniyle literatur gözden geçirilmiş ve tartışılmıştır.
