Abstract

In 23 pes planus cases admitted to our Neurology and Orthopedics Departments, the frequency of tarsal tunnel syndrome accurence was inquired. The correlations between the motor and sensorial response conduction velocity in n.plantaris medialis and n.plantaris lateralis were evaluated bilaterally in pes planus cases. The frequency of tarsal tunnel syndrome was high and sensorial conduction velocity was significantly sion including the cases with pes planus.

Özet

Hastanemiz nöroloji ve ortopedi kliniklerine başvuran 23 pes planuslu olguda tarsal tünel sendromu sıklığı araştırıldı. Bilateral n. plantaris mediales ve n. plantaris lateralis motor ve duysal ileti hızı tetkikleri yapıldı. Pes planuslu olgu grubunda tarsal tünel sendromunun sık bulunduğu ve n. plantaris medialisin duysal iletisinin daha belirgin yavaşlama gösterdiği tespit edildi.
