A detailed description and classification hemipelviectomies has been made by Gordon-Taylor. 4 cases of hemipelviectomies performed in our clinic since 1969 are being presented. Two of these patients are well and alive. There are no signs of local or systemic metastases in these patients after 3 and 4 years of survival respectively.
