A work has carried out our 100 hip series comprised 50 babies to evaluate benefits of dynamic methods besides the Graf method one of the ultrasonographic methods that is continuously widespread on the diagnose of congenital dislocation of the hip. According to the Graf evaluation of 100 hips has been found the 63 hips Type ıa, 18 hips Type Ib, 10 hips Type /la, 3 hips Type /lb, 5 hips Type /le, 1 hip Type /Id, and no Type /II and LV hip has been fo und. On the dynamic ultrasonographic examination by using piston maneuver on axial (transvers) and horizontal planes, displacement has been seen on one hip with Type /la, 3 hips with Type /lb, and 4 hips with Type /lc. Out no displacement has been seen on one hip with Type /lc. On this work, on the ultrasonographic diagnose of congenital dislocation of the hip the morphological criferions are sufficient by itself it is stressed that the hip stability should be investigated by the dynamic ultrasonographic examination.
