Cutaneous Iymphangioma is a benign and unusual tumor that develops mostly from the Iymphatic vesse/s in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. When largely cystic, it is cal/ed as "cystic hygroma". Usua/ly, it is confused with ganglions. We presented a case of dorsaly fistulized Iymphangioma on the wrist after its local excision. The literature of the Iymphangioma of the hand is reviewed. A case like this has not been reported previously. We added a general evaluation of patients who treated surgica/ly with the diagnosis of hand ganglion in our clinic.
