A 10-year-old girl and a 35-year-old women who were deteriorating despite conservative treatment were treated with radical resection and anterior fusion. A fusion developed in 3 months and 6 months after the operation they started working and performing their normal activities. The results were much better than those obtained from conservative treatment and only debridement operation
Özet
Konservatif tedaviye rağmen giderek kötüleşen 10 ve 35 yaşlarında iki kadın hasta radikal rezeksiyon ve aynı seansta anterior füzyon ameliyatı ile tedavi edilmiştir. Üç ay içinde füzyon oluşmuş altı ay sonunda normal iş ve güçlerine dönmüşlerdir. Bu sonuçlar konservatif tedavi ve yalnız debridman ameliyatı ile tedavilerden elde edilenlerden çok üstün olmuştur.
