A PELIMINARY REPORT OF THE ÇAKIRGIL, RADICAL REDUCTION METHOD IN LATE CONGENITAL DISLOCATION OF THE HIP

In our clinic 33 hips in 25 cbildren were treated by Çakırgil radical reduction method between 1984-1985. in early period 4 redislocation occııred, one of them was reducted in second operation. range of motion was severly restricted in 9 bips, exceUent and good results were taken from other 24 bips. Dur opinion that this type of operation is very satis-factory in some Jate cases if they operated on by proper tecbnique.
