A case report: bilateral painful posteromedial os trigonum: Os trigonum syndrome

Abstract

A patient was treated surgically, because of the long period pain complaint in his both ankles due to bilateral posteromedial os trigonum. Since it is rarely seen, the case and the observations about the related os trigonum syndromes are presented in detail.

Her iki ayak bileği posteromedialinde os trigonum a bağlı uzun süreli ağrı şikayetleri olan bir olgu cerrahi olarak tedavi edildi ve nisbeten az rastlanan bir olgu olması nedeniyle takdim edildi. Os trigonum sendromu hakkında bilgi sunuldu.
