Abstract
Application of Total Arthroplasty and long steam Charnley prostheris following 1/2 Proximal resection of the femur for a case of osteosarcoma. The principal aim in treating o malignant Bone tumour is to provide the patient a disease free survival. It has been customary to amputate the effected extremity from a conventional level. Recently, local resections and application of a prosthesis in a 18 years of woman following 1/2 proximal resection ot the femur.
