Peer Review Process
Following an initial evaluation and elimination for sufficient priority, manuscripts are subject to blind peer review by at least two reviewers. The Editor, who judges and analyzes the entire review process, reaches a final decision to accept or reject a manuscript, or to recommend a revision. The Editor has the right to reject a revised manuscript. The Editor-in-Chief may request from the authors additional data, information, or complementary material concerning the manuscripts, and the authors must comply with such requests.
